Our partner, Atakan Biçkici, has redacted a new book titled “Contribution of Real Properties to the Joint-Stock Companies” as published by Seckin Publishing and the book now is on sale.
Capital is one of the essential elements for joint-stock companies. The legislator, as in comparative law, acknowledges the opportunity for joint-stock companies to contribute in cash as well as in kind. In this regard, real properties constituting contribution in kind, could be considered as contribution to joint-stock companies.
There are some additional regulations / formalities on contributions in kind to joint-stock companies, especially regarding those of real property. This book, therefore, analyses the issue of contribution of real property to joint-stock companies.
